Reducing our colour options

Why we are doing this

Since starting Decal Robot in 2018, we have always took pride in offering many different colour options to our customers. Over the years, we have stocked as many as 38 unique colour/patterns at a single time.

Over time we've learned that most customers tend to stick with the same ~8 colours, with over 95% of our sales being just these 8 colours.

Vinyl has a shelf-life and cannot be stored indefinitely, so keeping stock of 38+ different colours is expensive, but also space consuming. That's why We've decided to go ahead and reduce our in-stock colour options.

What does this mean for you?

For 95% of customers, this change wont affect you, as we are making sure we keep in stock our most popular colours.

If you fall in the 5% of customers that order the odd-ball colours, you'll have to request us to special order the colour you want, which will increase shipping time and may come with extra fees. These fees will be discussed prior to payment, so you don't have to worry about any hidden fees. This process is no different than the one we've been offering for years now for those who have wanted colours we never carried.

When does this change begin?

The change starts now.

You will continue to see all the colours on our website until that colour runs out, then we will remove it from our website.

If you were looking to get a decal made in a colour we plan to no longer keep in stock, we suggest ordering as soon as possible to avoid any delays or potential special order fees in the future.
