EU customs changes

What is changing

Starting July 2026, the EU will remove the existing customs duty exemption for shipments valued under €150 and instead charge a flat rate of €3 plus a 5% administrative fee per declaration line.

What this means for you

We will be raising the shipping price to the EU by €5 to cover this cost.

We already ship DDP, meaning there wont be any surprise fees or charges for our customers. What you pay at checkout is the total price.

Undeliverable or Returned shipments

If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered, VAT, customs duty fees, and customs handling fees are non-refundable by Dutch Customs or PostNL.
